Our promise

Sunshine Footbags are handmade with care in Virginia Beach, VA. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will help you fix it.

Eligible returns

  • Items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong item or style sent compared to what you ordered.
  • Unused standard stock items in original condition (tags attached if applicable).

Non-returnable items

  • Custom and personalized orders made just for you.
  • Surprise mystery sacks - part of the fun is the reveal.
  • Items that show clear use, wear, dirt, or damage from play in the circle.
  • Final-sale or clearance items when noted at purchase.

How to start a return

Email hello@sunshinefootbags.com with your order details, a short description of the issue, and photos if something arrived damaged. We will reply with next steps, including whether to ship the item back to our Virginia Beach address or if we can resolve it another way.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved returns receive a refund to your original payment method or an exchange when stock allows. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our mistake or a defect, we will cover return shipping. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise in writing.
